Clyde
Court has been owned by the Martin family since 1989 and is run on a day
to day basis by Nurse Manager Liz Rooney and General
Manager Dawn Owen.
Clyde Court is a “Care Home with Nursing” registered for 33 older people. In comfortable surroundings we work hard to provide 24 hour Social and Nursing Care for people suffering from a variety of physical illnesses and general frailty. We do not admit people with challenging behaviour if this behaviour is likely to adversely affect the quality of life and peace of everyone else living in the home. We strive to preserve choice, privacy, dignity and respect people’s beliefs, values and culture.
Cleanliness, structure and clear set routines are important for a well run home. However we will not allow these things to affect the rights of the people who live here to peace, comfort and choice. We are not running a hotel that provides care. We try to make Clyde Court home to the people who live here.
